Mary Kate Hiatt teaches political science at Delta College in Michigan, including courses in American government, terrorism, and feminism. She also teaches part-time for Central Michigan University. Professor Hiatt received her doctor of philosophy degree in political science from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Ronald J. Lane is an associate professor, and Chair of the University Undergraduate Curriculum at Texas Southmost College and the University of Texas at Brownsville. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Florida Southern College and three Master of Arts Degrees from Western Illinois University in history, political science, and sociology. He is presently completing research in ethnic relations in the Rio Grande Valley, where he lives with his wife and daughter.

Andrew "Jack" Waskey is an associate professor of Philosophy and Government at Dalton State College in Georgia, where he has been a professor for the past twelve years. He has traveled in Europe and in Greece. He is the author of numerous encyclopedia articles, reviews and other works including articles on "Aristocracy," "Censorship," "City-State," "Metaphysics," "Missionaries," "Protestantism," "Skepticism," "Septuagint," in the Encyclopedia of Greece and The Hellenic Tradition, Fitzroy Dearborne Publishers (2000). His specialties are ancient Greek philosophy, Calvinism, and political theory. He has a B. S. in Textile Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Ph. D. in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a M. Div. from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He teaches courses in government, logic, philosophy, religion, and other courses. He currently leading a small independent study group in learning New Testament (Koine) Greek and is working on several publications. He has been a Presbyterian Minister (PCUSA) since 1983 and is currently part-time pastor of country church (Morton Memorial Presbyterian) in Catoosa County Georgia.

Carl Anthony Wege is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Coastal Georgia Community College. He has been employed at the Library of Congress and teaches courses in American Government, Constitutional Law, Law and Legal Process and Civil Liberties. He has traveled in South America, Asia, and Africa and published articles on sub-national political violence in a variety of professional journals. Mr. Wege holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of Wyoming and has done Doctoral work at the University of Idaho.
